What to expect during a session?

EVERY SESSION IS UNIQUE.

  • We will start with an in-depth interview that would take 2+ hours so that I get to know you better.

  • You will be lying down comfortably, listening to my voice, and getting into the trance state naturally.

  • Anything is possible. You might see past lives, parallel lives, important events in current life, life back in the Source, etc.

  • Trust the first thing comes to your mind as I ask questions and allow the process to naturally unfold.

  • You will feel refreshed after the hypnosis and we will have a further discussion about what you just experienced.

  • I will transfer the recording of the hypnosis part of the session to your email.

The session usually takes about 4 - 6 hours. Please clear your day, eat before coming, and feel free to bring some snacks with you. Other things that will help the session to go smoothly:

  • Practice meditation to help you relax.

  • Have a good night sleep the night before the session.

  • Abstain from any alcohol, smoking, and recreational drugs on the day of your session.

Find a quiet place. Sit with your feelings and write down a list of questions that you want answers for. You can ask any question.
